Hi, I know you said to wait for your response. I really need the speech recognition package from the ecosystem which now doesn t download. Is there a way to have it from other place and to work? I found some packages on github, but not this one.



I have an update on this. Ecosystem works if I donwngrade its version, let s say 0.6.6, it doesn work only with latest version, 0.6.8.
So, with an older version it works to download custom actions, but doesn t work with packages, for example I wanted to download speechregonition package. It s stuck at downloading information. In the console I have
missing uid for
ProceedWithImport for {

Any idea if I can do something to fix this?



I am writing again on this topic because for me it throws the same errors with playmaker v1.9, nothing works to search on ecosystem. I have the same error with a fresh project Unity 2019.3.15.f1 , Json parsing error.
In the console it says  Assets\net.fabrejean\Editor\PlayMaker\Ecosystem\EcosystemBrowser.cs(2645,16): warning CS0414: The field 'EcosystemBrowser._searchParsed' is assigned but its value is never used.
I have imported Playmaker Utilities folder in my project, tried with beta, nothing works.
When I search for audio, for example, I have this warning

I am getting this error lately very often when I want to search anything on ecosystem. I am using playmaker v1.9, unity 2019.1.14 and windows 10. It's happening very often, specially when I need something urgent, like speech recognition actions now. I tried on github to get those actions, but it's throwing some other errors, so ecosystem should work. I tried enabling beta, still nothing.

Is there a fix for this error?

I fixed it by using the script for allowing access for microphone from Unity's website, it's runing on a gameobject when the application starts. I think this is what the action MicrophoneisAccessGranted was supposed to do, but for me didn t work or I didn t know how to set it up properly.

Thank you for your response, but as I said in the original post, I tried to use that Action, MicrophoneisAccessGranted before that action, but it's not asking for permission in that moment, nothing happens, it's asking for permission only when the recording starts and when I click on allow, does not continue.

I am creating an AR app with latest Vuforia and Unity 2019.1.14. At some point, after clicking on a UI button, I use the Microphone Start Recording action to record a voice for 10 seconds and then to play the sound. When I test the app in editor, it works very well.

The problem is when I build the app, on Android, when the app reaches that recording state, it's asking for permission to record, I click on Allow, but it's not firing the next action, it stays forever in that state, I cannot continue with the app. I want to mention that at the beginning of any AR app made with Vuforia, it already asks for permission.

I tried to use Microphone is Acces Granted and Request Camera and Microphone before that action of recording, but it's not working, still stays on the same state.
I think it's something that should be used in conjunction with that action. If someone encountered this issue, I would appreciate any help.


VR Help / Decrease falling speed OVR player controller

I am trying to achieve the following effect: In VR, the player is falling down from a cliff with high speed (gravity set to 1) in OVR player controller and after 2 seconds, after hitting a collider,  I use set property - Target Object- OVR player controller, Property - gravity modifier set to 0.1. Basically, after falling with high-speed I want to fall very slow. The problem is that it's not working, it has no effect at all.

If I use the property of the gravity instead of 0.5 to  -1 or -2, it's working, it's dragging the player upwards very fast.

I tried to check "every frame" option, but no effect. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or if there is another workaround.

I have a red sphere and below 80 cubes. I want to be able when I click with mouse on the sphere(mouse pick event mouse down) to hover over each cube and to become red individually.(mouse pick event mouse over).

Please advice me what is the best solution to accomplish that. I have tried like in the attachment, but it s a huge work to put everything manually, cube by cube, material by material, there should be an easier an more automatical way.

Thank you for your quick response.

Basically, what I want to achieve is to play at a piano. Each piano key has an animation, moving down and up again and a sound attached. When I press the first time a key, it's pressing down and plays the sound correctly. If I want to press for multiple times, it plays the sound, but not the animation.

I have made the setup this way: on trigger event on key, send animator play, sound play and send event back to the trigger so it can play again.

I have attached again the prt screens with my playmaker setup.

I have a very simple question and playmaker setup, maybe it's very simple, but any help would be appreciated.

My setup looks like in the attachment. It's a piano key that has an animation, a sound and a trigger. When the collider is in the trigger, the piano key plays the animation and the sound. The animation is done, instantly reset, but when I want to trigger it again only the sounds works, not the animation.
