Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone else is suffering from this lethal cocktail ?

I have just upgraded to Unity 3.5.2 and I have PlayMaker 1.4 (directly from the Asset Store) and Smooth Moves (directly from the Asset Store).

Using Unity 3.5.2 and PlayMaker seems to show no issue at all, but when I load and try to implement Smooth Moves in the same scene, PlayMaker 'breaks'.  The editor stops allowing me to enter labels, events, change FSMs and so on.  It just simply ignores what I type.  Events won't even let me put the text cursor in the Event text box...

Now, the combination was working pre Unity 3.5.2 -

Just wanted to flag it up.  Unity actually crashed at one stage - as I attempted to import the Smooth Moves package into a scene with PlayMaker elements in it (which were ok at the time btw).

PlayMaker Bug Reporting / iTween "Move To" working as "Move By"

Hi guys,

when using the iTween Playmaker component "Move To" I would expect to see an object move from wherever it is to the position supplied by myself, using the parameters of time and delay etc.  "Move To" works just like "Move By" in that it just moves the object 'that many' units in the given Vector Position.  It does not move to that Vector Position, is that right?

EDIT - tried using a placeholder object to transform.position to and that works fine, it's when I put the vector in and try to move to it - it doesn't seem to  work correctly.

Hi Alex,

Not sure if this is what I am seeing.  I found using Get Touch Info reports Delta Position Vector but when I ask for the DeltaX it seems to report the actual x position found in Store X.  So this makes it impossible to work out which way a touch has moved.  The Swipe Gesture does not respond quickly currently so I have been trying to mix the other available commands to make something similar.

PlayMaker Help / How do I make a swipe respond quickly?

Hi guys,

I have a swipe gesture event which I am trying to use to get a direction for scrolling a long line of graphics through the scene.

The swipe gesture event doesn't report and fire the event until the finger has lifted off the screen making it very very slow.  I guess I may be using it incorrectly, can anyone assist please?

I need to replicate a sort of 'coverflow' effect with a set of graphics swiping just left or right.

Hi guys,

I have a 2D character moving just fine using horizontal and vertical axis input, but I need to change this to work on touch screens, namely iPad.  Character moves along X-Z axis, I need to touch the screen and move the character towards that point on screen.


I was using GetAxis for using the cursor keys, but now I need equivalent touch input.  Nothing I can see works how I need it to.  I have tried all sorts and failed.  

Please help.
