PlayMaker Help / LoadLevel memory leak [SOLVED]

Hi all,

Im running the latest version of playmaker + unity 5.2.1 and building for iPhone 6.
when using LoadLevel to switch through scenes i get memory leaks and the app crashes.

any help with be greatly appreciated.

All functionality was created using playmaker and unity 4.6.

It's not the fanciest thing compared what some of you create but I thought I'd share it as I'm becoming more active on this forum and really enjoying using playmaker.

PlayMaker Help / PM Device Play Full Screen Movie return issue

i seem to be having a strange issue with this action"Device Play Full Screen Movie"... when i load the movie it all plays fine but refuses to go back to the main menu when i click "done" (this is on iOS using unity 4.6.7 and latest PM).

I've tried it multiple ways:

1: load main menu -> click movie button -> load scene -> play movie -> finish state -> load scene "main menu"

2: load main menu -> click movie button -> play movie -> finish state which loops back to main menu

option one, returns me back to a menu screen and i cant select anything.
option two, loads a black screen

please help i really need to get this sorted.

Hey everyone

I'm no coder and was wondering how to go about this scenario.

Let's say I have 4  gameobjects (a,b,c,d).

If I select a + b = do something but if a + c selected = do something else.

Just not sure how you tackle this using guess is bool testing, if so how do I implement this?

I'm trying to create functionality that allows me to collect objects (which are letters...i.e. a,b,c) and stores them in the top right corner of the screen.

Hi everyone

so im working on a scene and im slightly baffled about how to get around this.

Simple scene e.g.

ground plane, cube sitting ontop and a camera.
3 gui buttons at header.

when you click button 1, the camera moves to a point. Button 2, cam moves to a point etc...

the issue is. when using the mouse orbit script on the camera it constrains the cameras position, so whenever you click a button the cameras position will always start from its starting position rather than its last position.

not sure if im making sense...anyways would be awesome if someone could weigh in on this.

hi guys

im getting an error when importing the ugui proxy. has anyone had this issue before?

unity 4.6.3

Assets/PlayMaker Custom Actions/uGui/EventSystem/GetLastPointerEventData.cs(221,96): error CS1061: Type `UnityEngine.EventSystems.RaycastResult' does not contain a definition for `worldNormal' and no extension method `worldNormal' of type `UnityEngine.EventSystems.RaycastResult' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

any help will be much appreciated.


PlayMaker Help / blending between multiple camera points

Hi guys im wondering if anyone can help with this?

scenario (simple scene):
cube in the middle of grid. 4 cameras or empty gameobjects surrounding the cube.
id like to blend or switch seamesly between cameras or points.

not sure if this is making sense? i can upload screne shots later if that helps?

im not asking you to provide wondering if anyone can shed some light if they have experienced this scenario before on how to tackle it using playmaker.
