Android Help / Re: How to do multitouch
« on: July 09, 2014, 05:05:50 PM »
Hello I am also working with Touch Events in my project and this PlayMaker is very useful because you save a lot of time, so you can start with the "Touch GUI Event" is very simple to use you just need to create some GUI Textures, then add a FSM on it and add the "Touch GUI Event" on it, once you add this action you can assign the image button that you want so from there you can start to play with the touch Events (Began, Stationary, Move ETC.)

check the Tutorial in the the PM page I created a very good Character Controller just taking these videos as reference and it helps me a lot, once that you finish, i am sure you'll be able to continue.

Any help that you need please do not hesitate to ask me, I can share all what i have learned until now since I also learned from people who wants to share their knowledge but obviously I recommend that you should start to play with all the functions involved in the Touch events and see what happens.

For Multi Touch there you need to use the Touch Count Action, so there is a Video Tutorial in the Web page, and there is no need to start a new project to use playmaker you can work with your current project and use PM or C#,  Java Scripts at the same time

Android Help / Android Side to Side Camera smooth Look at
« on: September 18, 2012, 04:53:50 PM »
Hello Guys
I was trying to create a "smooth look at" for my player but i tried with all the look at options available in Playmaker but it seems that almost all of those used to rotate the camera and I need to the camera to follow the player  so I also tried with "iTween Move Update"  then I restricts rotation to the supplied axis only but i got strange results so using JavaScript I can do that just assigning the same position as the player to my camera, so any tip will be appreciated.

Android Help / Re: Android Touch Info / Event
« on: September 06, 2012, 04:41:39 PM »
Yes its strange but I don't know why is not working in my case because,  I used the Touch Event in the start FSM, then in the second FSM i used the Touch Info, screen to world point and finally a Set position  for example, and when I touch the screen in my HTC the object takes the camera position and is strange because I specified the correct object, So I started to get frustrated hehe, any suggestion would be appreciated Dude :)

Thanks and Greetings.

Android Help / Android Touch Info / Event

Hello Guys
I have been working with Playmaker but I got stock now that i tried to do something for Android Platforms, so had someone tried to use the Touch Info, Touch Events, Screen to Wold Point and BLA BLA BLA on it ? It seems that the examples in "OS Fundamentals" videos works only for iOS  so if someone has more experience using Playmaker in Android and can share I will appreciated.

Greetings and God Bless VideoGames  ;D
