I tried with the same effect. I solved it by using integers to do the math then converting to float.

I have a loop that repeats thirty two times subtracting .01 from a float variable. The problem is that when the variable is 2.72, I end up with 2.080001 after deleting .01 thirty two times. This happens at different values where I end up with odd numbers like -4.649992 and such. Is there a better way to do this math?

Jean,

Actually i had to make sure that both objects had Rigidbody2D. Only my stationary one the player would move onto did. I also check Kinematic. Works now. :)

Playmaker 1.7.8.3

I upgraded to 5.2.3f1 from 5.1.1f1 and am having issues with triggers. My project is in 2D. I have a quad with Box Collider 2D (Is Trigger checked) and Rigidbody2D (Gravity Scale = 0), and I have a quad with Box Collider 2D (Is Trigger checked). The quad without Rigidbody2D moves along with the player sprite. I have a quad that follows the player with a Start state in its FSM that says OnTriggerEnter2D transition to another state that sets an Int variable to 1 and return to Start state. The Start state also says OnTriggerExit2D transition to another state that sets an Int variable to 0 and return to Start state. Nothing happens when these two quads overlap. This worked before upgrading from 5.1.1f1...

I switched to Unity 5 and Playmaker 1.7.8.3 and it works! Thanks for your help djaydino.

I am getting two errors after importing UGUI now...

Error 1

Assets/PlayMaker Custom Actions/uGui/EventSystem/GetLastPointerEventData.cs(221,96): error CS1061: Type `UnityEngine.EventSystems.RaycastResult' does not contain a definition for `worldNormal' and no extension method `worldNormal' of type `UnityEngine.EventSystems.RaycastResult' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

I'm using Unity 4.6.1f1, Playmaker 1.7.7.f6, and Ecosystem 0.4.5 and when trying to search for anything I get error:

then you need to get the Ugui Package on the EcoSystem

Sorry, misread this as needing to just install EcoSystem...

I'm not finding the "PlayMakerUGuiComponentProxy" component under neither Component nor PlayMaker in the menu in Unity after adding all items in Playmaker Ecosystem packages.

I'm using Unity 4.6.1f1 and Playmaker 1.7.7.f6 and am trying to create a touchable button. I can create an empty object and add a GUITexture component to it and get touch working, but not buttons. They register the touch, but the FSMs don't start...
