Hi, when building project, i get this error from the PlaymakerUnity2dProxyInspector script.

Assets/PlayMaker Unity 2D/Components/PlayMakerUnity2DProxyInspector.cs(2,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name `UnityEditor' could not be found. Are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?

I'm currently, heavily engaged in the process of building the second, and even third chapter to the series.  As part of this, i'm taking time to improve my skill in the 3d asset pipeline,..and also prototyping puzzle ideas in playmaker.  Looking to take everything up a level in terms of presentation and gameplay.  We are very happy with what we accomplished on our first project, and also very realistic about what needs to happen to compete in the marketplace going forward.  I will discuss writing a post mortem with my team mates,... but it's possible we may want to wait a bit, to be able to include more specifics.

yea we've had some decent press,....  My favorites being a review from Meg Stivison, at the IndieGameMagazine, and a cute little video by Jane Jones on her youtube channel.


however,  we've also had some more blaaaa mentions in things like the daily IGN update etc..., by a couple dudes..... who obviously didn't even play it, nor fit into our desired audience....   but the fact that IGN picked it as one of 3 apps to talk about from the weekend.... still makes us smile...

Anyway,...if any readers on this forum have advice on getting more traction in the European, or Asian countries,...please let us know....  or any other advice in general,.... we are a young company,...very receptive to critique,...and always trying to do better... :)

#72 under paid adventure,...

Hi,...I want to congratulate you on your game,  I downloaded it, played it,...and it's very well done!

However, the google translation of the app description into English could prevent people from looking closer at your game.  So i sent you an email with a rewritten app description.

We released our game this morning called Vanished: The Island.  It's a classic point-touch adventure style game for IOS.

The majority of the logic was handled using playmaker, and we received a lot of help, albeit mostly silent, from users in this forum. 

So here is my HUGE thanks to you all!!!  as i pop the cap on the champagne...

And, as we move forward on the sequal, I plan to become a little more active on the forums here.

I want to thank you for this too,... they are very helpful and informative...i'll probably have some requests for future tutorials as i get further into this,  for now, the only thing that comes to mind is some further exploration on combining code with playmaker actions, or even how to create/extend actions such as when using playmaker with other middleware classes/code....

PlayMaker Help / Fade Camera in/out on IOS

I am using fade camera in/out in transitioning between scenes/levels in my game, which works fine in the preview.  When running on my ipod however, the effect is totally lost.  It's been a little challenging to understand what actions will work on my IOS device, and which won't.

I have a background in Web and Video, not an expert, but quite resourceful.  If you run into issues, or need some help,  consider me a volunteer.  Even if it's just researching the web for possible solutions to a problem, whatever,...I want to support you guys.
