PlayMaker Help / copy inspector's properties to another fsm

Hi,

In my prefab, there are several inspector properties such as gameobject and float values. In my game scene, there are many prefabs with different inspector properties.

Is there a way to copy the inspector properties from one fsm to another? so I don't have to do it every time.

PlayMaker Help / Animator 2d freeform joystick movement jerky

I add joystick support and it seems that when I move my character, the transition between the animations is pretty jerky. If I switch to using a keyboard, it is really smooth. I am using animator - 2d freeform.

Both keyboard and joystick are using the same axis to calculate.

Anyone knows why?

Hi, any possible ways to add a no hit event to raycast 2d?

The raycast 1 and 2 doesn't seem to work on 2d colliders.

i did have to program a gam in unreal, and the main difference is between the words used in blueprints, like for exemple using flipflop to call the action bool flip...

but programming in unity or unreal is the same logic like any other engine. once you know how to use the tools provided in unreal there is no more difficulties.

I see, yeah I noticed that too with the different labeling that unreal is using but I am glad that the same logic applys too. My experience with unity and playmaker can help me master unreal faster :)

Hi, I just started learning unreal blueprints and realized some similarities with playmaker.

Just curious if anyone here is using blueprints can share their experience? whether how similar is it to playmaker?

The cursor control doesn't work, it doesn't trigger the mouse clicks.

I managed to get it working by creating a fake cursor and trigger UI buttons using raycast. That's the best I can do.

Thanks, yeah I tried using linecast and it seems to help a little better but there seems to be no way to create a wall proof camera if I purposefully swing the camera really fast.

Update: I made a mistake in the position of the camera which caused it to move through the wall. Maybe I need to re-do the whole thing.

Hi, I think I asked this before but couldn't get a clear answer.

In my console, there are errors but when I clicked on them, it doesn't bring me to the gameobject with the error.

What is wrong? and how do I find the gameobject with error?

For example this error
Error Loading Action: des : HutongGames.PlayMaker.Actions.SetBoolValue : everyFrame
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: startIndex


Is it the problem with the action itself? I don't understand but the game runs fine.

Hi, I use raycast 2 on my camera to check for walls but it is not perfect when I move the camera really fast and it will past through the wall.

What are the solutions to make a wall-proof camera?

Hi.
Maybe Mouse Pick can be used.
But you might need to temporary turn off 'raycast target' on the ui that you are dragging.
You can do this wit 'Ui Canvas Group Set Properties'

Hi, how do I let a 2d box collider in my scene to trigger event a UI gameobject?

I am using a drag drop on the UI object and wanting the 2d box collider to trigger by the UI object when I drop it.

It is just drag and drop the prefab into the scene and it shows me nothing even if i play the ads.

But I tried it on another scene where it has iap and it is showing the iap process. So it must be working correctly.
