Thought it might be a lot of work. Might be able to spit the vert colors out of maya as a text doc ... then load that into arraymaker!??! fingers crossed

Gave it a test and you are correct ... very weird.

What is the destroy condition? ie if the projectile hits an object it then moves into another state, that state will destroy it.

I have a bunch I could add to this when im at my computer but just one note from my experience - do not create objects at runtime on ios/android! The spike you mentioned is the garbage collector. Use array maker to create a pool of objects or get pool maker.

thx, there was a period of 30 mins where i gave up but decided to keep pushing though all the technical issues i was having. Had around 4 hours of sleep in the 48 hour period and only really decided I was doing it a few hours before it started. Next time ill have coffee and food supplies :P

My First Ludum Dare entry :) and my first ever (personal) released game to the public.
CONTROLS
w - forward movement
s - backward movement
a - left movement
d - right movement
left mouse - pulse (used to see the world for a brief moment
right mouse - explosion (uncovers a portion of the world)
r - restart level
esc - exit game (will add this as a fix)

Instructions at the start of the game! Enjoy.
Don't forget to use the pulse and explosions otherwise it's extremely challenging!
Tips
Save an explosion til the end(you will need it to find yourself!)

Hi Jean,

This is great!
It would be AMAZING to be able to store all the current values of an array so there wont need to be a get action processed at runtime or a mesh with the vertex data held in the game. This would mean we could import a model with existing vertex color, store the colors in an array and then delete the model from our game (leaving one version for the game)

Thoughts?
