Little bit about me.

I think I’ve start playing video games when I was 6th years old. Even when a didn't have a PC, I’ve already was interested in making games. I've made some  games on paper, for chips and dices. When I got my first windows pc, I soon discovered that you can make games on it and it was mind-blowing. For a long time a was making maps and mods for Half-Life/Counter-Strike and some other games. I've even won some counter-strike maps competitions. In some magical way I got the job in GameDev industry. I've started as a tester but soon became Game Designer.

By now I have four released commercial projects as Game Designer.

Pirate Hunter (PC)

iPirates (iOS)

Go Fishing (Facebook, iOS)

Hidden Animals (Facebook)

When I was working in the industry, in a spare time, I've started making a game called Sector Zero using GameSalad engine.

Last summer I quit my job and became Indie. So far I've released two games as indie, but more will be released soon.

Sector Zero (iOS, Android)

Telepathy Zero (iOS) (made with Playmaker)

General Discussion / Re: Can you make games with playmaker

Yes you can. Learning curve a lot longer compared to the tools like GameSalad, especially if you learning Unity at the same time. But playmaker is freaking awesome and powerful.

Playmaker ships with a sample scene called MaterialEffects that shows how to scroll textures and other effects.
Can't find it in the latest version of Playmaker :(

General Discussion / Share your Unity Layout

I'm still trying to figure out best layout for Unity + Playmaker. That's why I'm curious to see how others setup their layout. For the moment my layout look like this, but I'm changing it almost every day.

original size:

PlayMaker Help / Re: raycast point of origin
« on: February 11, 2014, 04:54:21 AM »
You'd probably want to use a Vector3 variable, store the origin object's transform.position in it with the Transform Get Position action, then use the Vector3 Add action to add an offset. Then use that variable in the raycast action's From Position.
But how do I make that vector face same direction as a cube?

Use your Psychic abilities to complete against the other test subjects and prove your telepathic powers! Use your otherworldly connections to determine the figure that will be shown. Each correct answer in a row will add to your streak, increasing your score and proving your psychic abilities for all to see!

PlayMaker once again proves that it kicks ass! In a last couple of days I've been trying to find best way to make AI. I've tried most of the solutions on the marked, but I was not able to found something that suits me. Until I've found this topic and decided to give it a try. Even without tutorials I was able to setup basic AI, and with the power of PlayMaker, I imagine how I should make more complex AI. Once again, thank you Alex Chouls and Playmaker Team!
