Send variable to Text (TMP)

I did about 9 hours of work today without saving and it's my first crash so I didn't know not to relaunch the engine or you'd lose what you've done

genuinely feel like i am going insane I have forgotten what I did as my head is scrambled with this loss.

PLEASE can someone tell me how to make a custom variable display as TMP Text. I did it earlier and I just cannot remember the function as my brain is so stunned, thanks a lot in advance this has been a hellish day and a lesson learned !

well thank god for that, just had to look at the screen a bit to remember. sheesh. i needed to "set property/text" then patch over the variable :-) now the work begins again ! :/
