Fresh Playmaker integrating ex-Ecosystem actions: conflicts

Does anyone have any idea how all these conflicts could be quickly solved within Playmaker?
At the moment I'm not seeing any solution other than keeping the actions in 'PlayMaker Custom Actions' by editing out their equivalents that have turned into official actions. It messes up with my FSM's references so I must keep the custom ones (I have maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaany).
