Playmaker Editor is not showing

My Playmaker Editor (Ver1.6.0) is not showing, i am using Unity5.7.2 currently.
I did not intend to upgrade the version, because the project is very large.
Can someone advise me on how should i tackle this issue?
Does re-installing the same version of Playmaker helps?

(I tried to update the playmaker to Ver 1.9 from asset Store, however a message pops up saying can only be install on unity 2018 & above.)

yes, it's an old project.

Hi.
you will need to upgrade your project to 2018 and then update playmaker and other assets.
Make sure you have a backup before doing this as it can be a pain with lots of errors to fix.

or you can ask Beta access to Alex to get older Playmaker versions shat still support below 2018.
But older versions can have more bugs and less optimized
