Open Excel from Unity

Hello,

I want to create in my serieous-game shortcut (a button) that allows the player to open Excel. I do not want to open an Excel spreadsheet in Unity, just call the Excel application from my game.

I want to avoid the player to leave the game to go open the Excel file from Windows

You think this is possible?
