Unity 2022 Script Updating Consent - API changes
« on: July 05, 2023, 12:19:18 PM »
When using Playmaker with Unity 2022 LTS there are some API issues with a handful of actions and the ProjectTools:

Can we accept these or should we wait for an official update?

Hi.
If you don't accept you might have errors.
Its best to have a backup before updating.

Unity will replace code that is deprecated / and (possibly) removed in this version

Yeah, both, accepting and not accepting works. If I accept, the scripts get changed.

Why has the latest Playmaker update those not already applied though? Unity 2022 was for a long time in development and now that LTS is out should have been added already, no?

It's confusing to say the least, together with the other Unity 2022 problems I have, that this is not being taken care of.
