Destroy Component - quick question[SOLVED]

Hi, I'm currently pooling everything I can to help performance, but I do use a lot of "Destroy Component" and "Add Component" Do these actions have any impact on performance, as in the same way as create/destroy gameobjects?

It's not the super duper best, but unless you are actually seeing a performance impact on your target device then there isn't any reason to optimize it.
