Finally made some time to look into scraping the online docs to build an offline manual. Here is the first pass at this doc:

The process is largely automatic, so we can take new snapshots as the online docs are updated :)

Please let me know if you run into any problems/bugs with these docs.

Looking into search libraries now, so you can search offline.

Then will be looking into other formats. Maybe chm, pdf, better printable css... Let me know if you have any ideas...

Yeah, looking into PDF now. I'm trying to figure out how to build the outline for a generated PDF. I need the process to be as automatic as possible, but it seems like most PDF tools want you to make the outline manually. But there should be a way to script it...

Also took another snapshot of the online wiki and updated the download in the first post.
