Draw Texture Glitch

I am using the Draw Texture action for temporary graphic display that pop up when a player picks up an item. The way these normally work is they only show up while in that particular state and disappear when exiting.

However, if you click in an area of the screen that triggers another draw texture FSM, this will result in ONE of the two textures 'LOCKING' into place permanently even when both FSMs are complete and the play moves on.

Wondering what a work around solution could be without redoing all my work thus far.

Is there any equivalent of a 'CLEAR draw textures' action either already written or that can be written?

other solutions welcome, please!
