How to use Play Maker With Fuse mixamo animation there's a tut on how to trigger an animation but there isn't one on how to create a playable character using fuse mixamo and playmaker.

You might be looking for the wrong things when you search.
It would be better to look around for a playmaker & mecanim guide.
Alex has some instruction on this in some of the official video tutorials.
Where the animations come from (mixamo) is mostly irrelevant.
