FSM not Preprocessed in Unity 5

I just recently updated from Unity 4.x to Unity 5.3.4p4. As such, I also updated to PM 1.8.0 beta 43. Since the upgrade I've noticed logs getting spammed with "FSM not Preprocessed" for a good portion of the FSM's I'm using in our game. This doesn't happen on my machine, and I haven't found the root cause of it, but when it does happen on other players' machines (both OSX and Win), there's usually something buggy going on with their FSMs or the game crashes. Obviously I can't tell if it's a symptom of a bug elsewhere in my code or potentially the cause due to a faulty upgrade. I'm curious what the message means?
