Hey guys,
I have made an animal with 3 animations. I am using a Legacy animation type of rig. Two of the animations are Idle animations. I would like to switch randomly between them when the animal is Idle. I have set them up to be looping, to blend, and to be on the same layer.
I have then made another FSM and put there "Play Random Animation" and have set it up to play two animations with the same weight of 1 ( I tried 0.5 to 0.5 and many other combinations), play mode Stop Same Layer and left everything else as is. I tried every combination of settings (different animation layers, stop all rather than stop same layer, changed the blend time...etc) but I can't get the animal to randomly play different idle animations. It just decides to play only one of the idle animations (unless I make the weight zero on one and 1 on the other, it just plays one of the animations for some reason).
Help please!
