Weird problem with activate

Hi..I got this weird problem going on with my scene.

When i play tested on the current scene 03, i got no problem with disactivating a gameobject. But if I play test the scene 01 and reached scene 03, I am unable to disactivate it.

Anyone knows what's going on ?!

Updated: Couldn't work even if using destroy gameobject. It is as if the action is not registered in.
