Animator State Synchronization, Where is it ?? SOLVED

I love tutorial that explain how to use something that can not be found any ware, I see that you can download demos with this tool but cant seam to find Where the installer is.

I have used it before, but cant find how to install it anymore, I automatically thought it would be in the Ecosystem, and truthfully I dont want to download a demo just to get the Tool and other element I dont need or that may be to old to even work at the moment.

So where do I download it from, Is it still existent ?

If anyone is looking for this, its in.

Ecosystem, look for it as Animators Proxis, deselect every thing and just import "PlayMakerAnimatorStateSynchronization"

I posted about animation, mechanim and Playmaker, and found it best to use the crossfade action, which is on ecosystem.
