My first game "Alleys" Mobile Escape Game
« on: November 16, 2017, 06:47:17 AM »
After 1.5 years of making "Alleys," I can promote my game now. It's an mobile escape game. I make it all by myself. Becoase I'm a designer, not a programmer. So this game is made only by Playmaker. I did't write any code for it. It's almost finished, and I plan to release it in a month. Hope you like it.
By the way, I really need some advice about how to let people know my game.
This is the website of "Alleys." https://alleys.tw

Hi, looks great! I posted about it on the Playmaker thread on the Unity forums but then noticed that the youtube video is unlisted. Is it okay to post?

Some marketing suggestions:
- Add a link to your site in the video description
- Contact Made with Unity: https://unity3d.com/unity/faq/3362
- I think many people will be interested in how you made a game without coding, so tweets, posts, blogs etc. about that could be popular and a good way to promote the game :)

Thanks very very much for post my game video on the Playmaker thread. I've adjust my youtube channel and video setting. I will contact Unity and share more about how I make my game. For anyone who read this post and want to know more, please follow me on twitter @AllysGamehttps://twitter.com/AlleysGame.
About the background music, I really don't know how to deal with it. But it has ambient sound. Is it really that bad when a game have no music?

Hi,
It's not 'Bad' but did does enhance the game experience especially when the music fits with the scene.
And it depends what kind of game ofc.
