Adding PlayMaker to on going project. New to PlayMaker
« on: December 01, 2017, 08:52:18 AM »
Hello community!
I'm about halfway done with an existing game. Most of the game logic has been programmed. Does it make sense to add PlayMaker to the mix or better to wait for the next project and start using PlayMaker?
Thanks!

I don't think it makes sense if you programmed almost all logic, better wait a bit.
Available for Playmaker work

Hi,
I depends on what you have and what you still need to do.

For example you ui is not yet done you can do this with playmaker.
or game menu, Level Select.

You can also communicate scripts with fsms so it is very possible.

You can check out the api reference

But you will also need to learn to use Playmaker so it might not speed up building your current project.

But next projects will go a lot faster.
