Simple Waypoint System and Playmaker
« on: February 01, 2018, 02:18:14 AM »
Hi, I recently started using PlayMaker and as an artist instead of a programmer Unity has now become easy and logical instead of frustrating and incomprehensible.

The only thing I'm having problems with is understanding how PlayMaker interacts with the Simple Waypoint System. I can't find any Actions in the PlayMaker menu that are connected to SVS or anything else.

I havent used simple waypoint system for awhile. But. It comes with its own playmaker actions within the SWS folder. Browse through the folder of SWS and look for a playmaker integration .package. (I dont know the exact name). You will need to double click this .package file to unpack it in unity.

They add it separately like this, because not everyone has playmaker.

Thanks tcmeric

I was looking in Playmaker instead of SWS. Yes, these is a package in the 'Extensions' folder of SWS, also documentation and a sample scene. When you install the package all the SWS action are in the Playmaker menu

I'm pretty new to unity so is there a better way or better assets to create paths?
