CHaracter Controller root motion etch

When used with Playmaker gives 2 bugs
1. Offset in some animations
2. When an animation finishes it retrurns jaggily at the previous position - rolling for example
So when rolling i used a set animator apply root motion disable and animations work ok
But in order for the character to move after rolling i used a aplly root motion ENABLE and that creates an offset !!! now and the character runs not at aa straight line after rolling
needles to say without character controller animations are fine but character doesnt move afer rolling

Do you do the movement in a parent from your character?

I commonly use empty game object as parent and use that for movement.
