If there is a scene with a button with Touch Object Event, the TOE will not work if there is an overwrite installation of the apk.
1) Say I create elephant.apk with a touch button.
2) I then install the apk file to my android.
3) Then, I add some stuff to the scene/apk, but not touch the TOE/playmaker bits.
4) I upload the new apk to my android.
5) the new apk has a high chance of not responding to touch.
The problem is not present if i uninstall and re-install the apk.
