Action Browser Bug

mouse right click action -> find.... -> select a State, It is possible to create an Aciton in State.

this is bug,
I just want to find where an action is used. Don't want create an Action

Hi,

 this is a problem of wording, but it's not a bug per say, I guess this menu item should not be there or maybe should also be there when you right click on the empty screen estate of a state.

else, can you make a screenshot, I may o do the same thing as you.
