Best Graphic Drawing Tablet Recommendation for Beginners
« on: May 02, 2019, 05:49:02 AM »
Hey all.

Been doodling on my phone for a while and I love digital painting. I want to get myself a drawing tablet but their price range varies so much I don't know where to start. I'm looking for a tablet that is a decent size for a person with big hands. I would like it to be pressure sensitive.

I remember a friend showed me his drawing tablet XP-Pen Deco 01 ( https://www.xp-pen.com/product/84.html ) and the pressure sensitivity thing was amazing to me. Maybe they are all like that. I dunno. Also what software is good for digital painting?

Total noob so would appreciate some friendly advice.

I recommend to listen to the pros. For instance Trent Kaniuga over on YouTube, who also reviews tablets occasionally, including cheap ones. Here's Aaron Rutten's overview.

I use a huion h610. Its pretty basic and not so exciting but it sure gets the job done. I do gate that I have to buy batteries for the pen stylus tho
