Car Setup for PlayMaker: how to adapt Camera Controller?

I have been able to get my own car model working, but only by taking the example scene and ripping it apart and putting my own car in there.

A side-effect, though, is that I'm stuck with the camera setup from the demo, which I don't want.

I want to have just two views: inside and follow, and I want the game to start from the inside view.

Anyone know how I can adapt the existing camera setup to do this?

For advanced camera setup, like a follow camera, there’s now the Unity Cinemachine package.
