Set BoxCollider2D Size and Offset

Try to find it on Ecosystem, but couldn't find any, so here it is

Hi,

 thanks for your contribution.

 I took your action, cleaned it up a bit ( it had some errors as well), and I separated size and offset. they are now available on the Ecosystem.

 so now you have:

GetBox2dColliderOffset
SetBox2dColliderSize
GetBox2dColliderOffset
SetBox2dColliderSize
