Get Key Down not registering

hi,
i have a problem with inputs not registering ONLY on the numpad.
Get Key Down (& GetKey exactly the same) is not registering any numbers from the numpad - except the number 5. also the numpad is working in the editor as expected - writes all keys. no errors in the console. i have prepared an demo project - maybe someone can reach out to me if its needed.

unity: 19.3.8, PM: 1.9.0.p20, BuildTarget: Linux64

i have tested the same version of unity and pm on a windows machine - there it is working normaly - so it is related to unity and linux (its ubuntu bionic)
are there linux users out there?
does somebody know about working versions?
