Color-able Actions within states

Being able to color states is such a great too for organization. Personally I wouldnt know what I would do with it. One issue I am facing atm is going into a state with upwards of 30 actions sometimes and trying to find what does what. Being able to color actions within states would help me remember what things do more clearer.
