Mouse Look acceleration?

Me and my friend have noticed that in my current project the mouselook seems to have smoothing/acceleration in it. Unity, from what I've heard, uses hardware mouse so there shouldn't be acceleration on by default, but for some reason it does exist in my game. Even if I detach the camera from the character controller it's still there. I'm using just the basic Mouse Look event and nothing else for my camera. Any help, maybe a setting in the preferences that I'm missing?
