Call Method/Send Message not accepting script

I try to drag my script into one of these actions but it keeps saying Monoscript Actions No Context Actions Found!
Just need to tell my Firstperson Controller Script to lower my walking and sprinting speed. Ideas, please?

Hi.
Have you tried dragging the component directly into the action window.
maybe you only need to use set property.
