Best way to get device info?

I'm wondering what the best method for finding out what device my game is being run on, so I can scale things accordingly?

I think you may be able to use the get screen size ratio action.

Thanks for that. Is there also some way to test for device ram? I'm trying to see the difference between itouch 4, iphone 4 and 4s. The resolution will help know it's on a gen 4 device, but the 3 devices using that resolution are pretty different.  :)
