RigidBody2D reported missing on AddForce action
« on: November 07, 2020, 12:13:58 PM »
Hey everyone, I am getting this message on a spawned gameobject that isn't reacting to the AddForce action, yet it has a RigidBody2D component...

TreeTrunkTunnel : FSM : State 3 : AddForce : Missing component: UnityEngine.Rigidbody on: BoIsFree(Clone)

Any ideas? Thanks for any help!  :)

Hi.
2 things.

1 add force is for 3D :) use add force 2D

2 Enable sequence on the state or do add force in the next state.
To set 'Enable Sequence' right click on a empty space in the action section and select.
you will now see a v form in the lines between the actions.
What this does is:
when enabled it will wait for each action to finish before going to the next action.
when disabled it will start each action but will not wait until it finishes.
