How to set Animator Match Target

I'm trying to figure out how to use "Animator Match Target".

If there is a document that explains how to use it in detail, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me.

If you search YouTube for "unity match target" there are some tutorials.

I also remember Unity's animator tutorial having a nice breakdown of how to use it, nearer the end:
