Refund Request

Hello, I've sent a refund request from my email on the 21st of February but received no response.

I bought Playmaker because I'm an artist and thought that it would be an easy process to make some games, but didn't expect the learning needed to do and unfortunately, I'm already studying art and can't really spare more time to learn it at the moment.
