NavMesh Agent with Mecanim- Help?

Hi everyone, is there more tutorial for NavMesh Agent using Mecanim for Ai?

Some animation that i get from Mixamo, its not working with some of Hand position. So made some adjustment on my Enemy Ai using IK and constraint. Later found out, Constraint are not working with Root motion turn off but IK are fine. So i am back to square one beginning. I am looking at some youtuber tutorials and seem set up is easy with scripts but I want to use playmaker and mecanim setup. Seem I can't find any of Navmesh/Navmesh Agent using mecanim blend tree tutorials are available online.

The angular speed on Navmesh Agent doesn't help when Root motion is turn on. If possible can anyone make a simple dummy using Blend tree mecanim setup on Navmesh?
