Set V sync count error

Hi, i always get this error 'value must be in between 0 and 4' even though the value is correct.

Is there a problem with the vsync action?

Yeah i think it's the same action, using unity 2019. Even though there's a weird error, it is working fine in adjusting the vsync setting. Not sure why.
