[SOLVED] See below...

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Every time I open a prefab, or delete a prefab from a scene, close a prefab, etc., this happens. Sometimes it will go on for 3 minutes or more!

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
It's now taking over 3 minutes every time I do any of these things, killing my productivity:

1. Open a prefab
2. Close a prefab
3. Duplicate an object in a prefab

Any suggestions?

Restarting Unity fixed it.

I will update this thread if I can figure out what causes it to happen.

UPDATE:

It appears that leaving the actions windows always open might have been causing this. I closed the actions window and it seems to have cleared up!
