Unable to build to webGL

EDIT: i fixed it. deleted everything in the roaming folder for unity. allowed me to redownload playmaker. now webgl works.

I get the following console errors when trying to build to webGL.
If I build without any FSMs in the project, it builds fine.
Using Unity 2020.3.26f1
Playmaker 1.9.4f2
