Daily Reward - Request date and time from Internet

Sorry if this is already available, but is there an action to request date and time from a specific internet server? If yes, such action with be a great solution to implement daily rewards in a mobile game.

1. Get date and time in float
2. Compare with previous request
3. Give or don't give reward.

Is there such action?

Thanks, may be this could work, but how to get the time with this action. And which action specifically for mobile, I see www post, web request, etc?
