Hi,

 I have seen a lot of problems with the standard "Smooth Follow Action" simply because sometimes this action only need to work on Update, instead of LateUpdate, causing a lot of visual artifacst, like shaky players or HUD.

 with this action version, you have now a check box that you explicitly set if you do want lateUpdate work, which in most case might not be what you want actually.
