Making a Vampire Survivor game with Playmaker

Is it possible to make a game with many enemy monster objects like Vampire Survivor into Playmaker? Or is it unreasonable? If that's unreasonable, is it correct to do this type in native C#? If anyone develops this kind of game, please comment.

well for C# the main issue there is performance and for pm you would have the same.

so its best to research first how they can handle a lot of enemies
