New Input System ... too soon?
« on: May 11, 2023, 12:38:59 PM »
I recently switched to the new Input System, but I find only very few PlayMaker actions out there that actually support it.

And a lot of the basic functions that I'm used to using do not work with the new system. Just getting basic mouse feedback (object hit, etc) has become super hard for me.

How do I check if a gameObject in the scene was clicked/touched?

The funny thing is that since the release of that new system, people complain and some say it's not even finished properly. In other words, you really need to feel like you'll gain a lot by leaving the legacy system behind you.
