How to detect or track object rotations along every axis?

 ??? Hi everyone, I have a 3d motocross game and I am struggling trying to figure out how to detect and track when the player has done backflips, front flips, barrel rolls, and spins (180s, 360s,...)

When a player completes a big jump I want to display all the tricks in a list that they did.

Example info displayed after just one successful jump:
"2 Back flips, 1 Front flip, 2 360s"

If anyone has any tips, resources, hints, ideas, It would be GREATLY appreciated.
