Pan, zoom and Rotate a game object

Hey guys,

I was demonstrating some things that I have done with playmaker to a friend and they loved it. They do 3d design and create models so they asked if it were possible to create a pan, zoom and rotate using the mouse. The zoom I can do, I just used the zoom tutorials to finish that. However, I’m having a bit of trouble actually getting the object to pan and rotate with the clicks.

For the pan, I’m thinking that you set a mouse pick on mouse down then loop it back for the mouse button up, how does that sound? Secondly, for the rotate, I might be able to talk him into allowing the use of sliders, as they offer some great control for objects but would they be any particular way to get an object to rotate when you click and hold one of the mouse buttons down and move it around?
