I believe Unity supports both iOS and Android with Input.Touch and Input.Acceleration, and the Playmaker actions use those, so it should be fine...
LocationServices (GPS) seems to be more iOS specific. Not sure of the Android equivalent...
I'm still getting setup with the Android SDK and a device to test this more thoroughly myself. Android also seems to be more of a moving target than iOS, so we might have to work some stuff out on the fly...
